Return Policy
At De Nest Co, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help — with a simple and transparent process.
🕊️ Return Window
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
📦 Shipping Charges
Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received an incorrect item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any insurance or tracking.
❗ Exceptions
Final Sale and Custom Orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Price adjustments will be honored only if the product was purchased at full price and marked down within 7 days of delivery.
✅ Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.
Please allow your bank a few extra days to reflect the transaction on your account.
🚚 Return Guidelines
We recommend using a traceable shipping service (UPS, FedEx, or insured USPS). Keep the return tracking number for your records until the refund is confirmed.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping details.
Returns Address
If you received a De Nest Co item as a gift, we’d be happy to offer an exchange for another item of equal or greater value.
