Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please contact our concierge team at enquiry@denestco.com immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Return & refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. However, if you are unsatisfied with your unopened product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged. Please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged product, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once a refund has been approved and processed, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back in your original method of payment, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
